Field observations
20 stretches of rocky seashores between Carnsore Point, Co. Wexford and Mizen Head, Co. Cork
August to October 2008
High quality, including identification using spore analysis and chemical tests where necessary. Some rare species were encountered and these were verified by two Scottish lichenologists, Dr. Brian Coppins and John Douglass. Specimens were collected for some species.
