Paul Green collated all available existing plant species data for County Waterford and has carried out recent extensive field surveys within the county on a tetrad basis. This work is published in hard copy as 'The Flora of County Waterford' by the National Botanic Gardens (2008).
Field observations
Comprehensive plant Dataset for County Waterford. Records are collected predominantly at the tetrad level.
This Dataset includes records from 1746-current, with the majority of records collected between 1997 and 2007.
All data has been verified by Paul Green who is the Botanical Society of the British Isles vice county recorder for Waterford.
Data up to 2007 have been published in the hardcopy "Flora of County Waterford" (2008). This Dataset will continue to be updated in the future.
